3% is insignificant to all but racist politicians and Rich.

The point here is that while it may not make any great difference, it is
being true to the idea that NZ is for NZer's.

After all Pooh was getting all sweaty over the refurges coming this way.

Also note it is the Real Estate folks who are offering this view. No
    conflict of interest. Nope.

Not getting all sweaty over anything Gordon. I leave that to snowflakes like Rich. Who seems to be resisting his latest lot of programming. I also fail to understand what difference a 5% share is going to make on house prices. The prices have been going
up because for many years (going back to 2000) the government and banks were happy to see people build their total mortgages faster than a lefty can scream foul and it's continuing. After all the banks don't care if a mortgagee goes bankrupt. They still
have the house. but typical of communists everywhere Labour goes the racist track because they need Winston on side if they hope to survive longer than eighteen months.

But it is the gesture that counts. A measure like this gives people a 'feel

And also a watertight assurance to a growing number of disillusioned young renters-for-life that their champagne gravy train will continue shovelling easy
