Cocaine has many medicinal uses and is very effective if taken at the onset of a cold.

While cocaine is usually stepped on (cut/impure), such can be made pure again via
basing and debasing a.k.a. cracking it up and dropping the crack into lemon juice
producing once again pure, uncollated coke in a delicious lemonaid drink which
won't show up in a piss test due to it's uncollatedness and absorbability.
