    January 1st of this year marked the initiation of
legal marijuana sales and usage in a number of states.
States where millions of Americans voted for just this
outcome. But crochety Jeff Sessions and the Department of
Justice can't take it - they want to supersede the
American public with their own desire to rid the U.S. of
 marijuana and its users entirely.
    Sign the petition to tell the DOJ and Trump's
cronies that it's time to honor their campaign promises:
leave it up to the states to regulate and keep your hands
off our legal marijuana.
    This nonsense War on Marijuana has gotten so out
of hand that the U.S. Attorney General is actually being
 **sued by a 12-year old who is arguing that she needs
medical marijuana to treat her epilepsy. One would
assume this might be a turning point; that Jeff Sessions
might realize that *he should listen to the people he
purports to serve and back off* his absurd
platform. Spoiler: It is not, and he didn't.
