1. When this is burned out, defeated or just goes extinct - or,
worst of worst, becomes cyclical like the flu - it will lead
inevitably to a surveillance state right across the globe.

2. It may bring races and nations together, but probably for the

3. Preppers like me will be feted for a while, then that will die

It's already here and leads to data overload.
One rebel, or rebel leader can be killed, but a million
forces the enemy to negotiate. My FBI file was opened in May 1966.
Then classified, then destroyed. Very few know the correct science.

Not sure, in previous era you would be simply labeled self sufficient
in the mode of those who open and pioneer new vistas.

Yeah, it is a unique challenge.
For the capable it shall cause growth, for the lost heartache or death.
