• Imagination and Our World of Make-Believe, by Vincent Sargenti

    From Jeremy H. Denisovan@1:229/2 to All on Monday, May 21, 2018 17:48:49
    From: david.j.worrell@gmail.com

Vini has decided he needs another month to finish the final edit
of his book. It's now scheduled to be released June 21st.

After a bit of wrangling (and even a little input from me :)
the title has now been slightly changed by a professional
book designer he's utilizing. Currently projected full title is:

"IMAGINATION AND OUR WORLD OF MAKE-BELIEVE"
    (front cover)

    "HOW ADULTS PLAY TOGETHER
    IN THEIR MAKE-BELIEVE REALITIES"
    (back cover)

    ***

I actually really like it. Carlos had his "separate reality".
Vini has updated this concept to "make-believe realities". :)

    ### - actually haha, he 'was' kinda correct? heh ;)

there really IS more than just the one reality!

e.g., (and very simply put...) there's the 'real' underlying reality
    everyone ignores

and then there's the humanly constructed bunch of crap 'wallyworld'
    reality heh...

you might have to be a bit of an outsider to even notice something like
    that

    but it's definitely correct!

so perhaps cc was only 'intuiting' the truth? hehehe ;)

"I understood my imagination was the culprit, it was something I
    was
doing to myself. I was being negligent and letting my train of thought
run down the mountain. I finally got it, that I was the only
    person on
earth who could simply put up my hand up and say, “No more.” And I
stopped. I had finally remembered to be here now. Fuck, what a
    long
    journey that was."

    A crisp well paced style.
His writing is clear concise, posit-theorum-proof equals outcome.
The battle between instinct verses conscience / pilot verses navigator /
Id verses Super Ego / ... always threatens the "person-captain-self(ego).

Writing and examining ones own thought structures forces the causes and
effects of the input loops and output loops to return to a modest, moderate speed and once again serve the "core" process of self survival negotiating within group survival.

    @jer
The government got an 30 day extension in my civil case which expired last night without a reply. New crimes were uncovered I didn't know about. I only seek
a completed sequence not a particular outcome. I won the truth and law long ago
and justice was acquiring the very thing the government couldn't: Quantum Keys.

    []

In the U.S., a court of law is intended to be a place where the human imagination is set aside while the facts of what actually happened are made clear. It doesn't always work this way but it is the clear intention of
the court to get to the actual truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

This is a nice way of saying we want to know what actually happened, not what “make-believe” happened. Honestly presenting the
truth of a matter, for the purpose of drawing completely reasonable conclusions from available evidence, is a hallmark of justice.
However, the scene of a trial, all-too-often, becomes centerstage for the most convincingly performed
fictional theater mankind has ever produced.
The imagination has never been so flamboyantly put on
parade, by either the prosecution or the defense, as it often times is in a courtroom during a trial. It is as if the truth must outshine the most diabolically engineered attempts to drown it in the world of make-believe. I have never envied those who have a sworn duty to draw the crucial
line of distinction between the real world of factual events and the
world of make-believe on this stage. Especially, when so much is at stake.

Yes, I think Vini's book is definitely worthwhile.
    A worthy contribution.

Well, I hope it all works out in your favor, but I can't see what you "acquiring quantum keys" (whatever that is) could possibly have a thing
    to do with the government.

Btw, have you been watching the 2nd season of Legion? :)

How the fuck are we gonna get out of this mess?

Yeah, Joseph Smith was indeed really a trip. :)

We're gradually coming out of mass illusion/delusion.
For example, look at the Gallup data chart on this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_religion_in_the_United_States

From the year I was born, 1955, until I was 15 in 1970,
only 3% either had no religion or some "undesignated" beliefs.
So through my growing up years, we were a nation of good little
believers. But by 2000, that figure had risen to 10%.
And by the latest 2017 poll, almost a quarter of Americans
are now in those categories. That's a major change, and if you
take it from 1970-2015, that's just 45 years, to go from 3%
"none or unaffiliated" to 24%. A magnitude of EIGHT change
in just 45 years. If we did even half that well over the next
30 odd years, then well over 50% of the US could easily be
    non-believers by 2050.

I would almost call that an important "tipping point", a hypothetical
day when a majority of the US is finally in the non-believer camp.
And I think it will happen, although the US is a tough case
and it might take as much as another century.

It's already happening to a greater extent in some other countries.

As of 2012, the top 4 surveyed countries with people who viewed
themselves as "convinced atheists" were China (47%), Japan (31%),
the Czech Republic (30%), and France (29%).

But it depends on exactly how the questions are being asked.

According to the 2010 Eurobarometer Poll, the percentage of
those polled who agreed with the statement "you don't believe there
is any sort of spirit, God or life force" varied from France (40%),
    Czech Republic (37%), Sweden (34%), Netherlands (30%), Estonia (29%),
    Germany (27%), Belgium (27%), and UK (25%).

I just did that myself this morning (it may take a day or so

freak babbling in incomplete sentences about "the Unknowable"
and such, so he could use a little support there.

castaneda freaks aren't worth bothering with.
vini's book is actually two books. (1) is his
autobiography and (2) is dropping the dime on shorty.
not sure many people give a fuck about all that old

You even try to make Vini's book thread about your own disputes
(and your own book, and your own t-shirts, etc. - above). Wow.

I request that those who read Vini's book give it an honest review.
It does nothing to help me, and I can't even be certain such reviews
    will be all positive.

    Have you even read it?
