• my hub is not sending files to nodes

From Gregory Deyss@21:1/127 to All on Friday, June 29, 2018 22:04:59
My nodes have subscribed to to file areas, which I do see that confirmation from filefix, and I do also see that the fdn file areas are subscribed where those nodes numbers are listed within the configuration, only thing they have reported to me that they did not get the nodelist or any other files today, I was wondering how I could remedy this, is there a ini that I would be looking at to see if something needs to be modified as to why they are not getting these files, there is no problem with mail as they are getting it without any problem.

    Thanks in advance,
    Greg

So they are linked to the same filebase that is receiving files from your uplink?

Correct files from fidonet nodelist, nodediff, fgazette and fidonews, they
have turned them successfully via filefix, but they have told me that they
did not receive files. Everything appears to be correct within the configuration.
Something is being missed or not executed within a ini file, that is what I
am thinking, but I do not know where to look for this.

Do you have a filebox setup for those nodes?

When mystic tosses files to nodes it puts the files and tics into the filebox to send on the next connect.

I had my own node 150 set up and that was all.
Thanks I totally overlooked this for the other nodes.
I have just set them up with reference from the current node (my own) c:\mystichub\filebox\fidonet_z1n267nXXX (with XXX) being the node number
we will see if that does the trick.

    Thanks a lot Al
