Well put together, and it hit the mark when it said that the point behing bbses is community! I did run a bbs in the 90's
and have felt the urge to get one up and running, but am not holding my breath as I have carpal in both wrists and
can't feel which keys my fingers are on anymore. To top it off I'm freakin' going blind.. grrr... but I hope that some day
I get it done.

Well, glad you found the teaser to be good - be on the lookout for the entire episode to drop.

I love BBSing in 2o21, almost as much as I did when I was a teenager in the 90s - hope you get your board going, but if you don't theres tons of GREAT options. Its really just finding your niche. TBH, you don't have to RUN a BBS... there are so many different communities, BBS types and boards that are already out there - what we really NEED is users, like you. :P However, if you get a system up I'll certainly check it out.

Currently, I'm adding EVERY single DOS game in a file conference. :P I have a rad collection of Pin-Up art, photos and videos; all vintage. :P

-Theres BBSes out there for everyones interests. If yours are retro computing, pin-ups, door games and FTN message nets - mine might be your style.
