At 1800 UTC Tropical Cyclone Imogen was centred over land within 15 nautical miles of
latitude seventeen decimal six south (17.6S)
longitude one hundred and forty one decimal seven east (141.7E)
Recent movement : east southeast at 11 knots
Maximum winds : 40 knots
Central pressure: 991 hPa
