I searched and didn't find it in my wildcat dir. wcbasic, plus source.

html-validate.wcx was most probably never in the source as it was in the development / beta zips that SSI pushed out.

In the wcBasic_plus pack the latest version of:

html-validate-user.wcc

is dated 29 September 2009.

I would expect it to also be in the WCL
