Do you wonder what the effect of eating a serving
of food that is 30% maltitol? Yah, you guessed it.
I stay far and away from any food that has any "ol" sweetener in it.
I could have used some "ol" stuff today - last
night I had dinner at the home of these
stereotypically WASP wealthy people who look
as though they never have to eat and always are
severely constipated; this morning I discovered
I'd started turning into one of them - found a
handful of insoluble marbles in the toilet after
much effort - more than you needed to know, but
that's the hallmark of my posts.
