2 Dozen eggs; hard boiled and
-halved
1 ts Lowry's seasoned salt
1 lb Ground ham (I use spam)
1 c Mayonnaise (I use less)
1 ts Catsup
SAUCE:
2 tb Oleo
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1/2 lb Grated cheese
Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add seasoned salt, ham,
mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and
spread sauce on top.
Sauce: Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole.
