I've not run into firm silken tofu, which sounds
like a conceptual dissonance.
Neither have I but apparently it's a thing ...

I wonder if it's a relatively new thing; I doubt
that it existed when I grew up, though I don't
claim expertise on non-Chinese types of bean curd.
This from your reference -
Because curds never form, the tofu - be it soft, firm, or
extra firm - has a smooth and "silky" appearance. More
delicate than block tofu, silken tofus likewise require
delicate handling, lest they fall apart.
Further investigation indicates it's a pretty
modern thing, probably invented by the Morinaga
company in its efforts to increase the market
for its products.
More conceptual dissonance ...
"Meat from the grocery store is OK because it comes from factories,
But buying meat from a butcher is supporting cow murder."
Yeah, but they're cow murder factories.
Title: Easy Bahama Mama
2 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 ds Grenadine
1 ds Amaretto
1 Whole maraschino cherry
That may have had a couple fewer ingredients,
but it's not substantially easier than a
difficult Bahama mama. Neither of these mentions
coffee, which some say is necessary (I've never
tasted one with coffee).
