Quoting Dave Drum to Jim Weller <=-
a Molson/Miller/Coors brand. They have never let good taste
stand in the way of profit. Jolly Ranchers candy NOT included.
Jolly Ranchers? What's the connection there?
Jolly Ranchers candy used to be featured prominently in their adverts.
I don't know if there is a corp-rat connection

I can find a few references on the net about underage drinkers once dropping Jolly Ranchers into their Zima, as a short lived fad, but I
can't find a single article whereby Coors and/or Hershey's might
have co-advertised their products together. The anti-alcohol and
family values squads would have been all over that in a second if
they ever did; one simply can't create an ad aimed (overtly) at
underage drinkers.

So? Who claimed they co-operated?
Seeing boogeymen again?
It was a yuppie thing - as was Zima itself.

You did. See above.

???

Not really. It was marketed as a beer alternative but with dog
whistle ads aimed at underage drinkers who were the main consumers.
It was kids who put the candy in their drinks, not advertizing
agencies.
