As a reminder:
This year's picnic will be held at my sister's (soon? to be) B&B:
Lydia Archer 3026 County Rt 40, Bloomfield NY 14469....
People can stay right at her house, for the duration; she's asking $125
per person or couple for the entire weekend (or part thereof), which
includes snacks Thursday afternoon and breakfast Friday morning, for
those arriving Thursday...

There are still beds available at the house, should anyone else end up
being able to come (just let me know)...

The schedule is shaping up:

Thursday September 6
arrive at house -- she said she can have something light
available for snacking on, should travelers be famished... :)
6 pm As requested, dinner at Taste of Japan (3047 W. Henrietta Rd,
(or so) Rochester NY)

Friday September 7
general shopping for things needed for the cooking day,
sightseeing as desired
7 pm evening dinner at Abyssinia (1657 Mt Hope Ave [in Mt Hope
(or so) Plaza], Rochester NY)

Saturday September 8
all day/evening
main "Picnic Day"; cooking/visiting/eating/etc. at
the house.... ;)

Sunday September 9
This will be a church dinner Sunday at our church, announced
to be a brunch this month... we'll bring a breakfast casserole
(made Saturday) to add to the repast, and maybe a fruit salad
The morning service is at 11AM, and the dinner generally starts
around 12:30 or 1PM... (Covenant Presbyterian Church, 3201
Dewey Ave, Rochester NY)
