save them for making the [whatever] YumYum for the picnic....
All TBD at this point. Ask me again in a couple of weeks. (G)
By which time they might still be sitting... or have been used
    for something after all... ;)
They're sitting in our kitchen, waiting to be reshelved until
such time as needed. Campground in MT had no suitable place to
use them, one in NC we were only there to sleep, eat breakfast
(and lunch on last day) & change clothes. Other nights were
mostly W-M parking lots, one night at a truck stop.
So they might well be still around for the picnic... (G)

Maybe, got a couple more months yet. Hoping to get a couple of days at
a campground in VT before meeting up with the team so may use them
    then.

If it's just you, two packets would go a long way... ;) While I like
them ok, generally one s'more a year is about all I have.... :)

The "RV park" wasn't really suited for it--just a block or so of the

Recipe calls for 4 cups so I'd get about 8 or 10. Extras can always be
used for munching as is, or turned into something else. Depending on the amount, I could do a peach cobbler as well. Did one for the first picnic

    Hi Nancy,

Got the peaches there, jello at Harris Teeter. Made the dessert
today, will try it tomorrow once it sets up firm.
    And was it yummy....? :)
Yum, Yum--and gone. I might have you pick up some ripe peaches
for me, for the picnic. The ones I used were very ripe, and
sweet--made it just right for the dessert.
How many peaches would you need...? They might be easily
available at Wegmans when you get up here...

Recipe calls for 4 cups so I'd get about 8 or 10. Extras can always be used for munching as is, or turned into something else. Depending on
the amount, I could do a peach cobbler as well. Did one for the first picnic we went to at Shipps in 2007; that thing vanished!

    I can well imagine... :)

The peaches were extra good--got them at just the right time. Any more
ripe and they would have tipped over into rotten but they were sweet and
    juicy.

That's why I think you should choose them... you obviously have the
knack of getting them at just the right ripeness.... ;)

These were good peaches--Dale took us to a no longer in business store.
If you've not bought any by the time we get up there Thursday, I'll get them--but may have to spend some time trying to find just the right
    ones. (G)
