Quoting Ruth Haffly to Nancy Backus <=-

a simple one--equal parts white grape juice and lemon lime soda
with lime sherbert floated in it.

I recently mentioned an alcohol free cocktail here that was a single
serving but it could easily be multiplied to become a punch: 1 part
tropical fruit nectar (to date I've done guava, papaya, and mango)
with 2 parts lemon soda (7-Up or sparkling lemonade) or other citrus
flavoured soft drink with about 1tsp lemon juice per pint of punch
    added.

    Cheers

    Jim

Sounds good. I found something new this week end at a Pilot (truck stop)
in the candy section of the store--a Milky Way bar with a fudge filling.
Bought it, it was good. Looked at the label a bit better before tossing
it out, found out it was made in Canada. No wonder I'd not seen it in
regular stores--but hopefully it will catch on.
