    Title: Argentinian Cheeseburger
    Categories: Latin Amer, Sandwiches, Cheese, Ham, Eggs
    Yield: 1 Serving

    1/3 lb Charcoal grilled or fried
    -hamburger patty
    1 sl Cooked ham
    1 Hard fried egg
    -(yolk is not soft)
    1 sl Mozzarella cheese
    1 Bun
    Butter

    Lightly toast the bun and spread with butter. Place the hamburger
    patty on the bottom section of bun, add the ham, then the egg and
    finally the cheese. Broil only until cheese has melted. Top with
    remaining bun. Serve immediately with preferred condiments. Great
    with slices of garden fresh tomatoes.
